Facebook Hackers

Facebook is beginning to crack down on the security of the site to due to increase of hackers. Facebook has expanded its security team by about ten percent recently because the site is having problems with lots of unsupported spam.

The team has made it relatively easy to identify where the attacks are coming from even if they aren't able to identify the exact person who is initiating the attacks.Facebook has integrated its security incident response team with its law enforcement team to help protect the safety of all users.

On the technical side, Facebook has automated systems that detect when someone is using the site in a way that is different from the normal user. When a user logs in from an unknown location Facebook automatically checks, by asking a question, to see if it is actually the user. These measures have helped slightly to prevent unknown log ins.
